Concept to Completion Our Step-by-Step Process

Establish budget with contingency
Truly, the heart of the process is the transparency of a realistic budget. This is the basis on which all decisions are made.
The Options Process
These Round One documents are created to review the scope and program consistency with DSP. This round of documents is a schematic level set that allows Evans Construction Inc. to provide initial pricing estimates alongside the design and intent of your goals.
Construction Documents
After confirmation by the Build Team of a successful set of Design Documents and budget. The greenlight is given to the design team to create the final county set of permit drawings. After which a final budget is created and reviewed prior to permit submission.
Execution & construction
The Build Team is now ready for permitting and local approval. Acceptance of final fixed pricing review by DSP. After which Construction schedules are established and initial Construction will begin
