PROJECT
Summary

Masonic Home of Virginia

Over the last 20 years, our crews have performed multiple expansion and renovation projects for this prestigious retirement community. Most recently, we worked on a 60-bed expansion and renovations to the C-Wing of the main facility.

60-Bed Expansion & Renovation

This project involved constructing a new 60-bed wing and commercial kitchen to tie into the existing senior housing campus. Adjacent phased renovations transformed an entire multi-level first floor into a single-level dining hall. The project scope included commons areas and nurse stations.

C-Wing Renovation

Working within an occupied facility, this renovation involved converting a current wing of living quarters into spacious resident suites equipped with private kitchens and baths, adding a shared laundry area in the corridor and additional guest restrooms. The project scope included upgrading all related electrical, plumbing, sprinkler and HVAC systems.
