PROJECT
Summary

During Phase 1 of this large-scale, campus-wide renovation project, the scope of work called for an addition to accommodate four new state-of-the-art science classroom/labs, two home-economics rooms and additional cafeteria/serving space.

The design included smoothly tying in the existing cafeteria with the new, building an extra serving line, and creating architectural interest with the use of floating ceilings, vibrant colors and natural light.

The work was performed in the center of an operational, campus-style school with a very limited lay-down area. Management had to ensure uninterrupted student access to the classrooms.

The project also included exterior canopies, retaining walls and patio areas, as well as the installation of new underground steam lines and a storm filtration system.
