Westin Hotel Fast-Track

Working within the limits of this hotel’s slowest season, Evans Construction had just 10 days to perform some of the latest interior renovations to this boutique hotel. To add to the pressure, work needed to be performed around the winter holiday season which is historically this corporate hotels non-peak time.

Evans led the 30,000 square foot renovation, which started December 20, 2014 and ran through January 1. Working with multiple crews across different specialties, the scope of work involved the installation of new carpet, wall tile, wall covering, and light fixtures in the hotels conference area, pre-function rooms, and restaurant/bar space. Working behind temporary partitions, great emphasis was placed to control dust and noise and not interfere with the guest experience.
